Other Interest and Dividends - Interview Section ogf Turbo Tax

In my Turbo Tax Premier Section Titled "Other Interest and Dividends"

Which provides three questions that you are asked to put a check in if they apply

Question 1) asks if you received Incomed from Discounted Loans or had foreign Bank Accounts.

Queston 2) asks if you received interest payments from a seller financed mortgage ....

Question 3 is None of the Above

Well, the Box for Question 1 is checked, and it does not apply and I cannot UNCHECK it.  In fact, if I select None of the Above that first box still remains checked. 

Has anyone had this problem ?  Is it a software Glitch ?

Ignore my Question --- I apologize for wasting your time.

I had a US Treasury Note !!!  Turbo Tax is too smart for me :-)) Since I downloaded my info from Fidelity -- I guess Turbo Tax knew this --- so it prevented me from messing up.
