If using TurboTax Desktop, make sure you have ran the most recent update. If you have an are still having the same issue try the manual download:
Well it's April 7 and I've disabled my firewall/antivirus, my Windows 10 is up to date, and I've made sure TT is updated as well, restarted my modem/router, etc.
Still get the import unsuccessful "internal server error" message.
I didn't buy TT so I could MANUALLY input everything (Vanguard statement a lot - 1099B and 1099Div and foreign stuff as well). I couldn't import my W2s this year either.
Seems like every year there is another glitch that makes the reasons I pay for TT null/void.
As it seems TT doesn't really care about this (given the lack of support on this thread), I will def be looking for another product next year.. If I hadn't already put in a lot of info, I'd switch right this minute.
