How to claim the two missed stimulus for my dependent (retired parent)?

I only received the 3rd stimulus check for my dependent. I cannot figure out how to claim the missing 2 from 2020 as turbo tax is only giving the option for the primary filer to claim missed stimulus amount. Does anyone know how to get the first 2 stimulus for my dependent?

It depends. The only dependents that qualified for the first and second round stimulus payments were children 16 or younger. That is verified in the IRS link. The good news is that Adult Dependents will be qualified to receive the third round stimulus payments in 2021.
