For the stimulus check, I did submit my taxes under turbo tax for 2019 however I moved to a different state and a different home. My old bank wouldn’t be able to obtain it. How will i be able to get my stimulus check?

Change your address with the IRS - https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/address-changes

    https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments

To help everyone check on the status of their payments, the IRS is building a second new tool expected to be available for use by April 17. Get My Payment will provide people with the status of their payment, including the date their payment is scheduled to be deposited into their bank account or mailed to them.

An additional feature on Get My Payment will allow eligible people a chance to provide their bank account information so they can receive their payment more quickly rather than waiting for a paper check. This feature will be unavailable if the Economic Impact Payment has already been scheduled for delivery.

Does anyone know why I would only receive $1200 and not the extra $500 for my 14 year old daughter? I just got it this morning but only $1200.

    Thanks

Contact the IRS about the missing payment when you receive their letter .

    https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payment-information-center

For security reasons, the IRS plans to mail a letter about the economic impact payment to the taxpayer’s last known address within 15 days after the payment is paid. The letter will provide information on how the payment was made and how to report any failure to receive the payment. If a taxpayer is unsure they’re receiving a legitimate letter, the IRS urges taxpayers to visit IRS.gov first to protect against scam artists.

Prior to 2017 my AGI was always less than $75K. Last year I had a weird situation where my AGI was over $100K due to an inheritance received from a deceased relative. This year I'm back to an AGI even less than $50K. I just filed my taxes today. Can I assume the government has already determined from my 2018 return I'm ineligible for the $1200 stimulus check, or is there a way to alert them to look at my 2019 taxes as a more realistic estimate of my regular income?

I received my refund direct deposit via SBTPC in turbo tax because I had my preparation fees deducted from my federal return. Does this affect my stimulus payment processing?

I'm going to go with no it doesn't seem to affect your payment processing.  I did the same thing for my federal return this year and I just got a notification from my bank that the correct amount of my stimulus check has been direct deposited to my account.

I have no income and did not file in 2018 or 2019. I submitted my info using the TurboTax registration tool...do I *also* need to file on the IRS portal? Or should I?

If I owed taxes, e-filed, and paid my taxes via electronic debit; does the IRS have my bank account information to send the stimulus money to ?  Have not seen a clear answer on this anywhere.

This could be subject to change but from what I have seen the IRS is only doing direct deposit of the stimulus payments based on the direct deposit information of your refund.  I have not seen anything to indicate they will use the debit payment information.

Does anyone know if the stimulus check that a non-custodial parent who owes LOTS in back child support will go to the custodial parent? Or does a check just not get generated for the non-custodial?

Based on my 2018 tax return, I was not eligible for a stimulus payment because I was claimed as a dependent on my parents return.   However, on my 2019 return I filed on my own and am no longer being claimed on my parents return (I unchecked "someone else can claim me on their tax return"), and I now meet the criteria for a stimulus payment....but... I just filed my return today on 4/14, did I miss the cutoff?  Has the IRS already flagged me as not eligible based on my 2018 return?
