Not able to pay

It seems that this same problem that i had last year of filing my taxes is present. The payment engine is not allowing me to enter my foreign address or Zip Code in the section. is there any have to fix it? Im honeslty getting tired of all these problems.

If you are paying by credit card the billing address must be an address in the US.

Not able to pay

It is by a card, but the billing address linked to that card is and UK address overseas.
