@Be33 You mean that you had self-employment income and did not include it when you filed your tax return? All of your income, including the rideshare income should have been on the same tax return. If your original tax return has been fully processed then you need to amend it to include the self-employment income that you received for being a rideshare driver. That is going to require an upgrade to Premium online software so that you can prepare a Schedule C and enter your expenses like mileage, etc. You will owe self-employment tax for Social Security and Medicare, since those are not withheld from your pay when you are an independent contractor.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-return/amend-change-correct-return-a...
Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.

You enter your self-employment income as business income. When you enter it there will be a place to enter your EIN, which will appear on Schedule C. But it's still included in your one tax return, along with all of your other income.
"No you do not need to file a separate tax return."
It's not just that you do not need to file a separate tax return. You cannot file a separate tax return unless your business is a partnership, S corp, C corp, or multi-member LLC.
