Hi
If I fully leave the USA and become NRA (occasionally come back to USA as a tourist) with 0 income in the USA (may within a little money saving in the USA bank), can I assume that I do not need to report anything to the IRS anymore?
Thanks,
H

At the time that a person formally renounces their US citizenship, they will have to submit several Department of State (DS) Forms.
These are known as Department of State forms and they can generally be found on the Department of State website, forms 4079-4083.
These are not tax forms but rather immigration-type forms about why a person wants to give up their US citizenship.
You will have to file a final Form 1040 tax return for the year that they renounced.
Accompanying Form 1040 may be several other US tax forms as well,
many thanks, John @JohnB5677 I do not have US citizenship. I worked in the US and considered as RA. I leave the US and therefore I am considered as NRA. Can I assume that as NRA and I do not have any income from USA, I do not need to report anything to the IRS?
H
If you are not a US citizen or hold a green card, and you will no longer be working, or having income from the US, then you will not have any reporting requirements unless you have US income. The IRS has no authority to impose tax on the income that non-residents earn in their home countries or any other countries.
