No, if you don't have any income to report, don't include this in your return.

Your software has automatically included my 1099 in the 2020 return even though I had no disbursement from my 401K plan. Since the tax is 0.00, equal to the disbursement of 0.00 , I can not file my Federal Taxes electronically. To make it more complicated I must file my NY State tax electronically but can't if I can't file my Federal Return. I need to eliminate the 1099 frim my return. How can I do that? Thanks.
