If you go to online help you can enter a question and then you can call and talk direct to a tax pro anytime. I just did it myself and they were very helpful

Turbotax will do everything they can to avoid you not speaking to a supervisor. I just had a rep hang up on me be cause I was adamant about speaking to one. This will be the last year I use Turbotax for my taxes.

Also, they say I'm a new member there but I've been using Turbotax for seven years. So, you'd think they'd value their continued customers more and try to keep their business. Not the case obviously.
