Need State e-file refund

I paid for State e-file before it was stated e-file wasn’t accepted and I have to file by mail. How do I get a refund for State e-file?

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue

Use this phone number and select TurboTax - 1-800-4-INTUIT (1-800-446-8848)

By calling the number supplied, I was able to resolve getting my refund.
