It's no March 12 and I still have this error. I got an update today but didn't resolve the needs review. This is a huge problem in that the needs review is preventing my itemized deductions to be counted and instead giving me the standard deduction. I've gone through so many iterations of trying to fix this but it's 100% a bug with TT. FIX IT PLEASE!!!
You should call Turbo Tax and complain. Phone #(800) 624-9066
Thank you for the number. I called and after 1.5 hours the person couldn't do anything but did promise to get supervisors to look into it and then call me back. 2 days later I got an update on TT which miraculously fixed the problem.
Me to. Finally
I have the same thing with stocks, bonds thing too and i go over whole things hella times and nothing.
You should be able to continue your return even though it says "Needs Review". To do this, click on "Continue" at the bottom of your page. You should still be able to proceed to e-file your return.
Prior to e-filing, TurboTax will run a "Smart Check" of your return(s) and will bring attention to any errors that may prevent e-filing. The program will prompt you to make any necessary changes needed to e-file your return.
If this issue has not been resolved, please come back to TurboTax Community with any additional information or questions you may have and we will be glad to help you.
Same issue with Stocks/Bonds section and Stock Sales section. Very frustrating.
If TurboTax is not letting you continue, you can try the following:
Go out of your program and go back in.
Clear your cache and cookies.
Try a different Web Browser.
If you are using TurboTax Desktop make sure all updates have been run on your program. You can do this by clicking on "Online" in the black bar across the top of your TurboTax screen. And then select "Check for Updates".
If you have any additional questions or information regarding this please return to TurboTax Community and we would be glad to help.
Fix these issues and your federal return will be ready to file.
Answers to review "needs review" FIX
I try to efile and it says I need to fix an answer. I click fix and it just reloads the same page over and over and this, in fact, is stopping me from being able to finish my efile.
It's possible this is browser-related. Please log out of TurboTax, refresh your browser, and clear your cookies and cache. Then restart your browser and log into TurboTax again. Or try a different browser.

Clearing cache and cookies and trying a different browser was the first thing I did. I even tried incognito mode and InPrivate with the same result.
I know you have tried many of these things already. Can you try logging out completely and restarting your browser?
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
This is infuriating, I keep getting sent back to You're almost done, Fix these issues, "answers to review" shows NOTHING, I click fix and it just keeps reloading the page with nothing shown in the answer to review.
March 6 here and I have "Needs Review" issues with my 1099-NEC. 5 forms came in from last year that "Needs Review" which is obvious because there was on entry for the amount. I added the amount and the "needs review" was no longer on the 1099. I deleted two that were not needed. I then took pictures of 3 more and added them that way. the first and third ones came up with "needs review", and checking there was nothing flagged, missing, or wrong. I deleted the third one and and then the second one got the Needs Review added. I delete both assume that TurboTax programers borked the import. I hand typed them, and alas they all need review.
I don't care that I can file it anyway. I pay for a tax program and if something this simple does not work -OR GET FIXED- how do I trust the program to do anything else correctly?
Same problem with Investments and Savings. I went though it 3 times and found nothing to review. Please fix bug.
