I’ll be more specific. I tried “Expert Full Service” this year.
Issues:
The income from 1099-S was never put in my return, which significantly under-reports my income (married filing joint)
There are two W2s, but the state tax withholding was only entered for one w2, which has caused a spike in state income tax owed.
I have already paid for the return.
The return has not been filed (thankfully) as the return errors need to be resolved before e-file
My tax expert cannot see or find my tax return now
Need assistance from a qualified tax preparer to review my return and resolve issues, then e-file when completed and fixed
Unfortunately, connecting me to another tax expert has not resolved the issue.
This requires escalation to someone who can reassign my TT file to another “Expert Full Service” representative who can:
1. Review my return
2. Resolve existing errors
3. Review with me
4. E-file upon completion
