Need help downloading an update.

If you are using the desktop version of Turbo Tax, be sure to click on "Check for Updates" and update your software if needed. If that doesn't work you can manually update your software

I downloaded turbotax, started my return then saved it and when i went back to fnish it it says i have to update, when i  do i get an error msg installer problem. tried to install manually and that wouldnt work either.
