@MPDroege Use the information linked below to contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours. If you are using the Free Edition, you'll be asked to upgrade to a minimum paid feature. Telephone support is not a feature offered with the Free Edition.
@Cullen1 You can contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours using the link below. If you're using the Free Edition, you'll be asked to upgrade to the minimum paid product (TurboTax PLUS) in order to speak by telephone to a support agent. Telephone support is not a feature included in the Free Edition.
