Need 2018 TurboTax download

I bought a CD last year and I do not have  a drive.  I called and was sent a Record number and download code.  That worked with the link sent last year.  I filed my taxes fine.  I removed 2018 file from my PC but now doing my 2019 taxes I need to go back and open my 2018 turbotax file again.  The link provided last year now longer works and I don't know how to use the record number and download code provided.  I still have the 2018 CD available with the code on the back if that is helpful.  HELP.  thank you.

They probably put the download in your account.  Did you try to find it?

If you can't find your download, use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/

That was the first place I checked.  It isn’t listed under my downloads.  I only have one account and it isn’t there.  I have the email from TurboTax still from last year when I requested the download.  Can someone please place it in my download list?

You can download TurboTax for up to 3 years after purchase.

1. Sign in to My Downloads.
2. Click the blue Download arrow for the product you would like to download.
3. Save the download somewhere on your computer where you can find it – your desktop is a good place.
4. After the download has finished, install your software by double-clicking the downloaded file.

Again...it isn’t listed in my downloads.  Everything but 2018 is there!
