I feel you! I have been trying to reach someone to explain why I ended up receiving 10bucks less than I had to pay for inept filing.

"new tax laws" my Aunt Fanny, the hold times are surely calculated to avoid taking responsibility for terrible service.

All I expect to receive from this experience is the lesson to never trust this company again.

i have tried to get a refund since this date  and have 4 to or 5 case numbers. I made an error thinking I was getting my free filing like last year I have talked to several support people and all indicated I could get my refund after the amount was deducted from tax return  not before. I am 82 and have a hard time even understanding the operation of  technology but as you can see on return I get SS and stb82 Am working as care giver just to get by and have made a mistake and shocked that I can get my $ 123..00 

back. Please re review and get back with me. I have spent several hours/days trying to get this refund for fees and charges. Margaret Gillespie

may be an option to talk to the i r s that let them do this kind of sidekiks and for sure call the BBB because to even answer a customer question they dragg time, yet to charge and give you inacurate info, and all that it happens in the moment!

My Federal refund amount was $60.00  less than it should have been. Will Turbotax be refunding this to me?  Ive read where this has happened to many turbotax customers this year.
