There are only two forms left we are waiting on Utah to update. If you don't owe money and did not prepay, then the program should be working for you. Please check Forms Availability for your method of tax preparation.
You went back to your federal W2 and corrected the ID, then you must go through the state program to pick up the changes, then you file.
If you have done all of these steps, you need eyes on your return. You can fill this form out for someone to call you.

....someone somewhere in here said that the final three letters (WTH ?) will take Ok if you use lower case "wth"
Just make sure you put in the first numbers and the final letters without a hyphen.

My Utah tax return has rejected 3 times. I have checked everything even in the forms view section. The error check says all is good. What the heck. I have had more errors and issues this year than the last 10.
What is the fix?
Check your w2/ income forms- entries for state that they are all 14 characters ending in wth. From Income Tax Withholding - Utah Income Taxes - Utah.gov:
For payer ID: The Utah withholding account number is a 14-character number. The first eleven characters are numeric and the last three are “wth.” Do not enter hyphens. Example: 12345678901wth. The program wants lower case for wth. If blank, contact the employer or payer of the income to get the Utah ID number.
