My transmission didn't go through. Why aren't Tax Year 2022 transmissions available?

My fed return was rejected. I fixed the problem, verified in "Review" that there is nothing left to fix, and now it won't transmit. I live in NC and tried unchecking state to just file fed, and it still won't transmit. If my federal return was transmitted before, it should be able to be transmitted again. Any fix in the works from Turbo Tax? My payment to file my fed and state taxes was transmitted just fine! 🙂

If you’re trying to file your state for North Carolina, it’s not accepting until Feb 9th. Not sure why your federal got rejected. File the fed 1st then the state when it's available

Because its not an option.  I deleted my state and re did it so that I could mail in state...STILL CANNOT

I dont believe thats the case.  I have already submitted.  It went through but was rejected now needs to be adjusted which it was.  Now it will not take again.  This is a tech support and programming bug i believe.

I filed Feb 12. My federal was excepted by my state was rejected. I tried to fix it but it only show a wierd error Nc  ‘Incarcerated_Wages_ALL, details are not available’ and I’ve never been incarcerated.  Can’t find anything or anywhere to correct this error. I can’t find the error listed anywhere. I deleted and refilled today but it was once again rejected. Why and what can I do?  I may be a teacher but that not really a state of incarceration.  Thanks for any help

It's possible you clicked a box under Let's check for uncommon situations.

1. Start at Federal Taxes
2. Wages & Income
3. Click Edit next to your W-2 information.
4. Make sure all W-2 information is correct.
5. Continue
6. Click Continue on the next screen.
7. On the page about Let's check for uncommon situations. uncheck Inmate or Halfway House.
