If you are not a US citizen or a US resident (green card), you should not be using TurboTax.

You need to use the IRS Form 1040-NR for nonresident aliens.

If you have never lived in the U.S. and are a non-resident alien, you cannot use TurboTax. You should use specialized tax software designed for non-resident aliens
