My stimulus check is wrong. What now?

By wrong, I mean I am a single working person who according to the Turbo tax calculator should have received 1200 and I received 696.  It’s wrong.

We received our stimulus check in our account today but it’s not right. It have $2900 it should have been $3400. We filed married-jointly and had both dependents on their. One was born 3/2018 and the other was born 12/19. We filed taxes in Jan of 20 and had a refund in Feb of 20, any updates on this and when we will receive benefit of our other dependent?

For now, I called Wood TV 8 and then I called the Goveners office.  I can’t find anyone else to call 😥

That is exactly our situation. They did not pay the 500 for our daughter.  She was born last year, so shouldnt fall in the terms of babies born in 2020 that likely wont get their 500 credit until next year. Not sure how to report or correct?

I filed for 3 children in 2019 but only received the stimulus for myself and my oldest daughter.

The calculator told us $1700 and we got $255.90.  Not sure how we get it corrected either?

My tax return was filed at the beginning of Feb. 2020 for 2019 through Turbo Tax and my adjusted gross income was 69,814.  I received only $555 for my stimulus check.  I cannot contact the IRS because they are not accepting phone calls.  There is no option to register my problem with them.  What do I do?

This appears to be correct, I'm the same with my first child born in August 2019. I'm finding that we will be getting this as a tax credit on our 2020 tax returns.

Call the news station and the Goveners office.  That’s what I did.  If they get enough complaints, maybe they’ll do something about it quickly.

Same. We have a young child, claimed as a dependent, and the IRS accepted and processed our 2019 return, so they clearly know we have a dependent. Received $2400 instead of the expected $2900. We are grateful for what we received, but would like to see where that $500 went.

Does it say which account?   Is it yours?  Call the tv news station.  Tell them, maybe if enough people call and complain they’ll investigate.

Mine is wrong too. I am married filing jointly with three dependents 6 years old and under. All three were claimed for both 2018 and 2019 but I still ended up receiving only 3400 instead of 3900. Will I be receiving that additional 500 or not?

mine are 9 and 10. Didn't get the 500 per. I got the 1200.
