My Oregon Refund

You took these fees from my federal taxes and the Oregon taxes; they were all done together.  I've been charged over $ 500 to file my taxes. I could have used another company. I have used your software for years, and the charge as a loyal customer is unacceptable. Please explain to me why you charged me twice for one return. If I had known you would charge 221.04 for a state return, I would not have filed through your company. I did not use your expert advisor. I would like a refund for this double-charging

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
