My nanny payroll provider's Schedule H deducts the covid sick leave credit, but TurboTax does not (asks for it but doesn't deduct from total owed). What to do?

This is for a household employee (nanny). I have checked all of the calculations on the payroll provider generated Schedule H and supporting worksheets and they are all accurate. TurboTax asks for numbers from this same form, including the amount of the qualified (covid) sick leave wages paid to the employee, which is supposed to be a credit, but then the total doesn't deduct them. The total given by TurboTax is greater than the total generated by the payroll provider (MyHomepay, one of the most used in the country, very legitimate) by the amount of the credit. My total at the top for Federal Tax Due increases by the TurboTax number so it's not that it's reporting one number and then giving the credit somewhere else. How do I put this in to get the credit?

I had a similar problem (posted about it earlier). Spent three days with TurboTax. Tonight, they called me and acknowledged that their Schedule H is incorrect and they will be updating it. Should happen within a few days. Hang tight and wait for the update!
