My husband is on F1 he came in July 2023. I am in US since July 2023 need help in tax filling.

Issues are my husband filled his tax as "Married separately"

But we realized we will save on taxes if we file separately.

What will be the best way for us to file our taxes? Married separately or Married joint?

And how can we fille jointly when my husband have already filled his taxes?

You can file an amended return to file Married Filing Jointly.

If you do this, you can not change it back to filing separately.
