My complete check to-do list says I still need to review two items, although it will not change after I review.

I have already cleared my cache and cookies. I have logged out and back in again. I have updated Chrome. I closed everything and restarted, but I still cannot get past the review process. I really need some help!

Which two items are the two that keep looping back to review?

Both items are about my Robinhood 1099. One  for stocks and one for crypto.

Your other option would be to import 1099 manually. Just select I'll type it in myself or Skip Import and proceed.

At first I imported from my computer and when that didn't work I typed it in manually. It still does not check it off of my to do list.

I tried this and I input the information manually and it still needs review. I also cleared the cache as explained by the creator of this thread.

Here is information from Webull's site regarding how to import your 1099 into Turbo Tax.

You can  also enter an overall total for long and/or short term sales of stocks bonds and other investment type transactions.  Long term would be listed as one line item and short term would be listed as another line item.

See our FAQ on how you can enter a large number of transactions into Turbo Tax.

I have done this already. I have imported and I have entered manually. Neither works

Are you able to delete the entries by clicking on the trashcan to the right?  Then run Review and receive no errors?

Then enter one of the problem entries.  Run Review.

What exact message are you receiving?  Please clarify.
