My CA personal return was rejected because F540-960 - If Form 540 Line 92 (SharedResponsibilityPenalty) is present, then Form 3853 must be attached. How do I fix that?

I don’t know how to go back and fix it. Do I need to file through mail to add an attachment? I don’t even know where to find that attachment.

No sure if we got  the same reject code. This was I got in my email. 

F540-950 - Form 540 Line 92 (ISRPenalty) must be present unless line 6 (ClaimedAsDependent) is checked 'Yes'.

So I refiled last night and woke up this morning that state refund got accept it. TurboTax had to update their system and I didn't had to fix anything. It did it manually. When you go to fix my refund , you will get a check mark and a message that all errors have been fix. Got ahead refiled and you should be good to go.

I think TurboTax had to update their system, so no, I didn't. TurboTax did it manually. When you log in, click on fix my refund, it will tell you that all errors has been fixed. Then it will let you refiled again.
