I’m filing with turbo my 2020 taxes but my adjusted gross income from my 2019 return keeps getting rejected

Try entering "0" as the 2019 AGI and refile. If it rejects again, check to see if it's now asking about your spouse. If so, enter "0" again and refile.

This worked for me.
