Could you post what exactly is not working properly on your 2023 TurboTax desktop edition.

Are you using Windows or Mac as your operating system?

Not knowing exactly what you are encountering, but a shot in the dark.....

I haven't tried this recently....I've noticed that if I have Windows Desktop 2024 running, that I sometimes cannot start up earlier Desktop tax years. But if I shut down 2024 , I can start up any of the earlier years (as long as they were already installed and running on some prior date).

So, now I guess I need to go try it again with 2024 running...maybe TTX fixed that particular issue sometime in the last few months.
