More Than Five Returns

Over time I have begun to file more than 5 returns as nieces and nephews have become employed.  Is there way to add additional returns to a single TurboTax account by buying a second download?  Or do I just set up second turbotax download and split the filings between two distinct Turbo Tax accounts.

No.   There is an IRS limit of five federal e-files.   You cannot purchase additional e-files.   If you have more than five returns to prepare and file, the additional returns must be filed by mail.
