I just checked my program for updates, but the Form 1116 functionality is still not fully available.
Also, the inability to file electronically is a bit of a nuisance. It will cost a trip to the U.S. Postal Service and filing out a return receipt form.
https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_fed_online_individual.html says Form 1116 is available now.
Two different TurboTax websites two different answers
This one still says 3/3
cdn is content delivery network, it will lag, nothing about turbotax, this is how technology works.
But it works now, I just finished my federal return, you need to "revisit foreign tax credit".
Just for fun, here are some excerpts from a parallel discussion on TT’s handling of 2021 Form 1116 SchB going at on the bogleheads forum. Another poster, here, mentioned they’re mostly CPA’s.

My 2020 tax return was filed on paper and it is still somewhere in the bowels of the IRS and is listed at not filed. It is unconscionable that TT can't get their act together. I have TT disks going back to at least 1995, but I am getting discouraged.
I sent an email to the CEO and left a voicemail on his alleged personal line. Others might choose to do the same.

They can be available to reach out to you to work on your TurboTax concerns tomorrow if that works for you, otherwise we can arrange for a contact next week. Please just let us know when would be good and we will make the arrangements.

@Dkden - It would have been better for TurboTax to not change the status to "available" until it actually WAS available. The status update should take place when the release takes place. That's the standard software practice.
PS - Any frustration I'm having is not at all directed towards you. It's directed towards Intuit.
This is very true, a total disservice to hundreds of thousands of those who must pay foreign taxes and get credits. I've also been using Turbotax since it started, and this is the worst I've ever seen. There are still horrible deficiencies in the product, e.g., the "answer falsely about working abroad in order to get auto-created incorrect 2555s removed for those who don't use FEIE."
Turbotax needs to show sincerity and customer-service by speeding up the issuance of 1116/SchedB asap! No more broken promises please.
Hi, how do we get the email addresses and phone number to put in our "vote" to Turbotax as well? If they are auto-edited out by this forum, there is still a way to get them through...
Those email address and phone number were removed, by Intuit, from the excerpts (from the bogleheads discussion on TT) which I just posted.
I tried to post them twice more, but the entire post was auto deleted by TT twice.
They can be found on page 2 of this
I’ll try again.

Very helpful thanks. I just emailed. Please everyone write to Pres. Intuit, and explain how disappointed and disrupted you are. This is a low point for Turbotax. Thanks all.
They really should expedite 1116/B now and allow eFile, as do their competitors. Turbotax, "you are driving us insane!"

sorry I have to do it this way
And may I mention I’m not a fan of modern technology
I agree. If the existing staff can't handle the problem, they should make a few new hires. They appear as a BUNCH OF AMATURES
