Military Spouse with no income in current state; state of record another state

A military spouse living in Maryland who has no income in that state and has Georgia as her legal residency; only in Maryland due to husband's orders. Husband currently deployed in Africa. Having trouble with section of Turbo Tax that determines state of residency. Keeps showing Maryland, when it should be Georgia.

Enter your state of record, Georgia in the My Info section. Indicate that you did not earn income in another state. The program should ask were stationed for your spouse.
