Maryland return pending because forms weren't ready ( the website said they were). I was emailed my forms were ready but return still pending. Season is open now. Advise

I filed my Fed & state on 1/28/22. Both the Fed & state were accepted on 1/28/22 also.

Just still can't print the State, says they are not ready.

When I click to be notified "Sign up for email notification" when the forms will be available, I get this error:

''Unable to load messageid No forms or products have been specified. Please close the window and try again. for en_US''.

I have tried for days, no luck.

Me too! I don't know what the Passive Loss form 8582 means. I have a small floral business out of my home. This is the first time in the 5 yrs this popped up. Now my State return is on pause. Can someone explain what this form means to my business. Many Thanks!

Same thing is happening to me I've never waited this long. I contacted turbo tax they said everything was good and mines was accepted by md and still hasn't processed and I did my taxes on 1 2422 its 2622 and nothing yet I really want to know what's happening

Same here I filed on Jan 24 State accepted them on Jan 25th but they still have not processed !! Mine said forms weren't ready when they were accepted I've never waited longer then 3 days for Md State return to process

@Carole70 I've emailed md to see what's happening and I'm still waiting on the response I even went as far as down loading my transcript from the irs to see if there was anything off and everything seemed fine. I've been with them since 2012 and never had any issues also there is no issues on the md website so I don't know why it's taking so long. It's very frustrating

I was online with intuit yesterday and informed that the forms will be available for printing tomorrow 2/7. We will see.

No I haven't received my refund the State refund is still saying it hasn't processed

I've used Turbo Tax since 2000 and I have never had an issue.Really unsure why my State refund hasn't  processed it's been 8 business days it's always processed by 3 days.

@Carole70 You may have been selected for a random audit … this is not uncommon, it happened to me 2 years ago

Finally it says we have received your return and its processing today was 9 days .

Mine still says forms not available but my state return on the Comptroller Website says we have received your return and its processing today makes 9 days and its finally processing I was worried

Very same thing happened to me so tomorrow I should have a deposit date. I'm glad it worked out because I have seen all the horrible stories on how people never received there refunds and some still haven't so im glad it all worked out.
