No one else can see your tax return. No one in the user forum knows where you are seeing an extra fee. If you are using the "Live" program that your question is being posted from, seek help from your "Live" expert.

You can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time.
