I created an account already but when I login it kicks me out back to the login page?

What browser are you using?   No matter which one you are using, try a different one.  It's unpredictable which one will work for you.

This assumes your User ID and password are correct.  i.e., that you actually can log in, but it quickly loops backs to the log-in screen, as opposed to an invalid User ID/password problem.
