I can,t log in I donot have a license code they asked me to change my password I did, still no good, hell all i want to do is do my taxes as i have for lots of years in the past///

I can only get so far in the program and then I get "snap". what is that?
Are you using TurboTax Online, TurboTax Desktop, or the app? Is it only saying "snap" or is there an error message?
