Location for Latest TurboTax Updates

I thought I figured out a way to get auto update to work (right click on short-cut, Run as Administrator); but when I ran it today, the State updated but the Federal didn't.

I went to the post that had a place to manually download the latest update (R19), but that was from four weeks ago: https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/update-products/manually-update-turbotax... 

I there a place I can look where the latest update is stored?

There is no place where the latest manual update is reliably available. As you have seen, they don't keep the FAQ up-to-date. Here is a link to download today's update.

The manual update is only for the federal tax return. If you file a state tax return, you have to find a way to get the automatic update to work, so that you can get state updates. I don't know how to tell you to do that, other than to call support.

Thank you!  I ran it as Administrator today, and it worked.  I tried to reinstall the old one yesterday, but it failed.

I'll have to try to FTP to that folder location and see if I can keep an eye open for updates goinig forward.
