I have a loan balance linked to my account but it's showing as a positive balance (+Net Worth) that decreases monthly instead of a negative balance that decreases every month, why can't I fix this?

I also have this issue. It was working fine until 8/24/2023. I contacted support and they didn't have any ideas.
Same problem. Mortgage became positive, mis-appearing as an asset not a liability. Mint needs to enable a fix or loose dissatisfied customers.

Mortgage is being reflected as a positive value. Please fix this! 🙏🏻
I have the same problem. My mortgage is reflected as a positive asset as opposed to a liability. Please help.
In a bookkeeping program the liability (outstanding mortgage balance) will be always be reflected as a positive number. How can you have a negative mortgage balance?
What you’re worth is what you own minus what you owe. If you own $100000 and owe $50000, you’re worth $50,000, not $150,000. Debts must be subtracted not added. Any tool that imports both kinds of accounts with the same sign, is a broken tool. If Intuit doesn’t give Mint users an easy way to fix the wrong sign on imported Debt balances, and thus depict and subtract them as such (not as assets), we should ditch Mint and use a tool that works correctly.
Same issue with same timing. This is not like a financial statement where liabilities are positive numbers. Mint adds everything up, and cc balances are also shown (correctly) as negative. How do we report this?
Update: I opened a support ticket with customer service and they were able to resolve this problem for me in less than 48 hours.
