I loaded my CD into my MAC. I dragged my red turbo tax check to the application's folder in the pop up window. Nothing happened after that and I did not get a message saying "product is installed , now lets activate." Is my CD bad or what should I do next.

I try to load the software and a message flies accross screen and doesnot open
