Live Agent Communication

Does intuit have a log of communication between its employees and Turbotax customers? I have reason to believe information I recieved today from an agent was false and misleading. I'd like to speak to a senior staff member about this issue before filing a formal complaint with the BBB. I've used intuit products for 7 years and this is the first issue relating to the transfer of information.
