Likely print engine bug

I’m using TurboTax Desktop 2025. My amended return (Form 1040-X) appears correctly in the interview, but when I print or save to PDF, the form outputs as two blank pages. I’ve confirmed the issue persists after Smart Check. I've uploaded my file. Token number is 36235-48028109 [restored].

At the print center, if you select the button for all official forms for filing, then select the preview, does the form appear with the data?

No; it does not address the problem.

This is usually a PDF viewer issue, try the following to troubleshoot your issue:

1. Try using a different browser.
2. Save the PDF Go > to file > Print > Microsoft Print to PDF > then print the new file
3. Disable “Print in grayscale/black only” if the PDF is white text on dark background
4. Update/repair Acrobat: Help > Check for Updates; then Help > Repair Installation (Windows).
5. Clear print spooler (Windows): 1) Win+R > services.msc 2) Stop “Print Spooler” 3) Delete files in C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS 4) Start “Print Spooler”
