How do I enter my license code?  I am never prompted to do this.

Are you using the Online version or trying to activate the Desktop CD/Download program?  Did you buy the download or the CD?  From where?

The license code is not used with the TurboTax online web based editions.  It is only used with the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions you install on your personal computer.
