Last years info not populating into Turbo Tax!

I've been using Turbo Tax Online for years.

I logged into Turbo Tax Online with the same log into info that I've always used and for some reason this year, 2022, NONE of my info from my 2020 tax info is populating.  Not even my personal info...and my wife and I have 6 children...none of that info is carrying over from before.  

This is frustrating.

Why is this happening?

Figured it out!!!

Had to download my 2020 return with .tax extension and then upload it from my computer and it then carried over all my info!
