Last page is asking for payers ID. Payers name.ad dress

It also ask name address county state zipe code who is it refering to payers ID. An name I only got unemploment. An I checked my form 1099 it also ask how much an it says none in 2020 pay back please

The error message should identify the form, but it sounds like it could be a 1099G that you received. If that is the case and with no repayment then follow these steps. 

Click "Federal" in the left hand menu

Click "Income & Expenses" at the top of the page

Scroll down to the "Unemployment"

Click "Review"

Select "Government"

Select "No"

Enter the information from your form 1099G including the name and address information.  When done be sure to click "Wrap up Income" and then click "File" in the left hand menu to begin the review process again.
