How long does it take for States to accept efile returns?

I live in Kentucky. I filed the February 23rd. My Federal was accepted the same day

I live in Pennsylvania; my federal return has been accepted, but my PA return is still "pending"

The State Refund process varies. State returns are usually accepted within a few days of filing. However, it is anticipated that income tax refunds from Kentucky State filed in the Federal/State electronic filing program will be processed and issued in two to three weeks.
