I have the same issue i dont know how to fix it. Has anyone figured this out?
Review the information on the My Info tab. You may want to try deleting the state return and re-entering, as it will pull in the information from the Federal return again. The other option may be to delete the personal information worksheet from the state return and then review the state information again.
if product already registered; then submit federal tax first and change state tax to not ready to file; then go back and submit state and it should go through
File -> Remove State Data did the trick. I also had to change the filing method from e-file to print first. After removing the state data, the e-file went through.
