It is saying my AGI does not match but I have never filed before

If you have never filed before, use $0 for your AGI.

So, that is originally what I did and I still got kicked back

If your return was rejected due to your 2018 AGI being incorrect and you entered $0 correctly as your AGI, you will have no choice but to file a paper return. To do this, please select File in TurboTax. The instructions on how and where to send your return will be printed out when you print your return.
