Is there any reason my state return would drop about $2000 from when all my forms were complete last week and today with no changes?

I couldnt file last week because apparently the Federal forms werent released until today. But now my State Refund is mysteriously saying it will be $2k lower than what it said last week

Could be because the state also changed its forms.  Or, since many state returns start with Federal data, any changes to Federal can affect state.
