Please try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies. Then trying logging out and logging back into TurboTax. If that doesn't work try downloading a new browser. These articles will show you how to do it.

It takes less then a minute to manually enter the W-2 information. Why are you spending all this time to import something that could have been manually entered 10 times over, in the same time. Imports are known for errors and must be manually checked against the actual W-2 for accuracy anyway so why waste all the time?
