Thank you for the information, I should have elaborated more. I have checked the FAQ and verified that my financial institution (not Schwab) is on the 'preferred partner' list. Another stall point is that the TT help pages don't describe what I see on the screen when I follow the given path. When I go to the 1099 area, all I have an option to do is "Review". I think I will try setting up a call with one of the help advisors. Thank you.
