TurboTax has no way of knowing if your EIN is valid.  

• You would have to contact the IRS for that.
• You can call toll-free at 1-800-829-1040 or contact a Taxpayer Assistance Center Local IRS Office.
• Did your return get rejected?
• Was there a code that indicated it was your EIN?
• Did you go back and double check what you posted in MY INFO to confirm it is correct.
