Same here, keeps getting invalid signon message. I know I typed it in correctly.
Other users have reported not being able to import from Acorns as well.
I've reported the importing issue to a TurboTax Moderator, who should see it today. Hopefully, they can troubleshoot it soon or have more info.
There is also an error in the small-print instruction on the import log-in screen as well. It says to use the "2018" mailing for the Document ID, which is obviously wrong. I've requested that "typo" be corrected as well.
Same issue. Tried everything and has someone else try with no luck.
Anyone else fix this issue?
Still see nothing posted from TurboTax on when this will be fixed - Anyone??
That is a question to ask Acorns. TurboTax only supplies the import server that is common to all financial institutions. The financial institution must supply the data file that is coded in the standard import format.

TurboTax folks are supposedly investigating, but this is a weekend, so things are likely moving slowly since they have to communicate with Acorns folks as well. The good news is that no filing deadline is imminent.
I'm having problems importing from Ameriprise. Have checked for typos. Typed in "ameri" and clicked on Ameriprise....when it came up. I had a manually entered everything until 1099B, now program wants to "impress" me by importing...which it can't. Can I at least bypass that and manually enter info? If so, how? Thanks!

If you do want to import, I presume you have been using these:
Ameriprise Financial
Package ID (case sensitive; enter with spaces)
Document ID (case sensitive)
If you had trouble, you could phone Ameriprise for help in figuring out why your entries were not working. There is a phone number in tiny print on that screen
To manually enter instead, here's how:
After the "Get ready to be impressed" screen, on the next screen where you entered "Ameri", don't enter anything in that institution search line. Instead scroll down the page and in the bottom right is a button "I'll type it in myself." You probably didn't see that button unless you had scrolled down. That button allows you to proceed with manual entry.
Also on that log-in screen for Ameriprise that asks for Package ID and Document ID, if you scroll down to bottom right, you'll also see the "I'll type it in myself" button. That will let you proceed with manual entry.
Same here in 2021. It worked last year.
What is the specific error message that you are receiving @Walter45?
I got in. Thanks.
